I have always had a weight problem. Even as
a kid, I was always considered to be "stocky". The biggest problem I have found with diets is burnout, then it all
comes back. But about 30 years ago, I lost over 40 pounds using a meal replacement shake system and kept it off for a long

I think it started for me when I was a very
young boy and my grandmother gave me a concoction of warmed honey, Old Crow whiskey, and a pinch of cinnamon to help
me with my sore throat. Guess what, it worked with a side benefit of sleeping through the night! Since then and all through
my adult life, I have been a big proponent of herbal products and natural supplements. Some have worked well, where I really
noticed a difference. Others, not so much, but I do know this. They never hurt me and I have not noticed any side
